The Russell & Smith Ford Service Department is proud of its new state-of-the-art facility with the capacity to now service most Fleet vehicles. Our brand new truck department is capable of servicing Ford Vehicles up to and including Ford F-550 trucks. Our lifts can handle vehicles that weigh up to 60,000 lbs., which means that there aren’t many trucks that we can’t repair! The new service drive is 3 times as large, with 8 service advisor stations. We are open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with extended hours to come. We are excited about our new Quick Lane Service Center. After each inspection, we provide you with a Vehicle Inspection Report (VIR) that allows you to monitor your vehicle maintenance needs and schedule repairs or maintenance at your convenience. This service is provided as a courtesy to all Quick Lane customers, but will be especially helpful for fleets to ensure proper maintenance is performed in a timely manner on all vehicles.
